Notice of injury
1. Submit a report electronically

2. Download and fill in a notice of injury, and a power of attorney if needed
If you do not submit an electronic report, you can fill out the PDF form with your computer and then print it on paper or print out a blank form and fill it in by hand.
3. Send the completed form to us
Claims shall be made within one year of the date on which the person claiming compensation became aware of the validity of the Insurance, the injury caused by the pharmaceutical involved and the injured event. The claim form for compensation must be submitted no later than within 10 years from the occurrence of the injured event.

Write your message and give your claim processing ID, if you have got one. Attache the documents you want to send us. Click Lähetä. You’ll receive an email from Turvaposti. You’ll need to confirm your message by clicking the link sent to your email. Your message will be sent only after this confirmation!
